Checklist for Branch & SEC Chairs/Secretaries only
- Delegates and Alternate Delegates need to be nominated at a Party Unit meeting and recorded in Meeting Minutes submitted to the Secretariat.
- Each Delegate, Observer and State Council member must register their attendance individually by completing the online registration form
- The Chair or Secretary are requested to complete the Delegate Advice form below or paper lodgement forms are available here.
- Information on Proxy and Alternate Delegates is available here.
Each delegate is required to complete his/her own Registration Form.
Delegate and Alternate Submissions close at 5pm on Friday, 26 June 2026.
